Visit any sports store and you will be amazed at the range of gadgets, books and videos designed to help you stay in shape. But how many are worth investing your time and money? It seems there are countless ways to take a piece of worthless plastic and fashion it into the latest must-have fitness device that you just cannot live without!

Well, here is a sports store that won’t try to convince you to part with you money for something that will end up gathering dust in your garage before the month is out. I will only recommend fitness products that I have tried and believe have real value for your long-term health and fitness needs.
