Great job!
by: Anonymous

That's great you are starting to relax now when you run. I'm a 52-year old woman and haven't run at all since my 20's. I'm hoping to get to the "relaxed" state that you describe (I just finished week 1 and I do feel like it's doing some good). I hope to lose about the same amount of weight 15-20 lbs., but most of all I hope that running will help me get rid of the chronic headaches and migraines I get. I sit at a desk in front of a computer all day (how unhealthy is that!) Your story is truly inspirational and I bet it will help get rid of your depression. Hang in there!

Me too...
by: Eric

I am also running to battle my weight... but no depression. I will say, I am 70 pounds overweight, was 100 over when I started running 2 months ago. 20 Lbs overweight is not too much, so you should be at your target weight in no time! I'm really encouraged by your story. Thanks!
