"My neck and head feel a whole lot freer and I can now more correctly identify that the jaw muscles are tight and I am able to practise jaw relaxation with more ease. In the past I was doing all those neck exercises, core stability exercises, sitting military style etc and couldn't figure out what needed fixing.
