Chi Running: Add Some Intelligence To Your Running

Chi Running is a remarkable running system developed by Danny & Katherine Dreyer. Sadly, for many runners, injury becomes a regular inconvenience to endure.

In the worst cases this will mean giving up running altogether.

The Chi Running system combines the mind techniques of Tai Chi with the energy of running to create a new philosophy for running. In my role as an Alexander Technique Teacher, I see too many runners who have injured themselves through chasing personal bests. They may work on their speed and fitness but fail to look at their approach, focus and technique.

The Dreyer's technique helps you to learn more than just running technique. By discovering how to apply the ancient methods of Tai Chi to running, your body will re-learn how to move naturally again in a more efficient biomechanical way.
