BEGINNER EXCERCISE

I started running with my husband early in the morning at our school track field this is our second week we run continously for about 20 minutes and do some cooling down excercise for about 10 minutes. it hasnt been easy but we are getting used with a lot of muscle aces.we are also adjusting our diet and trying to eat more health.
