60 lb challenge

Hi my name is Andrea McFadden, the reason why,I want to lose this weight is because,I dont want any medical problems, I have been very fortunate not develop any health issue. I also want to show my four children, and husband that I care about them and want to be around to see them grow old. So this is my story, my pre baby weight after child number #1 was 120lb 5,7 my weight increase to 140lb after the baby. Tweleve years later I had another baby pre weight 160 lbs after this precious angel,I weighed 190, my goals is to weight 130 lbs by them time my daughter turn four years old. She is 2 1/2 now. I just joined a running club that meet every Monday and Wed. I also work out on the elliptic trainer for 30-40 mins for 3days a week and do weight training two days a week. I have given my self a low calorie consumption diet of 300-408 calories for five meals a day. I drink approximately gallon of water every two days. I really want to lose these pound. If anyone have any suggestion to keep me motivate or assist me with my goal. Im all ears. If you want to join me with this challenge let me know. We can motivate each other.
